Within snail alley the accommodation was in a great location. The man on site was very friendly and helpful. He had really good dinner recommendations and followed up on the customer's experiences. The room was big and the bathroom, too. The shower was very spacious. We had our own little balcony and it was clean. I personally didn't like the floor too much but that's purely subjective. Everything was great and I would stay again!

I liked the location, the staff and all the attractions that were nearby, although it was a little difficult to find the place since it was in a hallway, the rest was fine.

Perfect location connected to Snail Alley. Nice seating area. It's refreshing to see the honour box system for teas and the adjacent second hand shop.

The little alleyway it is located in is incredibly charming and central for Tainan. It also has a very sweet vibe and second hand shop attached to it. The staff keep regular hours and also accomodate late check in.

This accommodation is in a very relaxed laneway with a good vibe, close to Hayashi Department Store and Snail Alley. Our room on the 4th floor, accessed via a lift was large, bright and clean.

Great location - walking distance to many great spots in Tainan. The room was simple and comfortable. Thanks to the staff. We would stay here again in the future :)

It also had a v cute thrift store! I don’t remember much about the room - it’s been a while, but the location is excellent and so was the owner. We were able to store luggage and hang out on our day in and out.
